2. お取引条件 (Terms & Minimums)

• 最低発注金額 (MOQ): 最低注文金額はございません。1点からのご購入も可能ですが、複数点ご購入いただくことで1点当たりの送料がお安くなります。
• 対象者: 実店舗またはオンラインストアを運営する事業者様に限らせていただきます。ご登録時にストアURLや事業者情報を確認させていただきます。

3. 商品の状態について (Condition & Grading)

• 当店で扱う商品はすべてヨーロッパで買い付けたヴィンテージ・ユーズド品です。
• 年代特有の使用感、経年変化によるわずかな汚れ、スレ、リペア跡などが含まれる場合がございます。ヴィンテージ品の特性をご理解いただいた上でのご購入をお願いいたします（原則として返品・交換は不可となります）。

4. 送料および配送について (Shipping & Delivery)

• すべての商品はドイツ・ベルリンよりDHL等を利用して発送いたします。
• 卸売の送料は、総重量やダンボールのサイズに基づき、ご注文時に商品とご一緒にお支払いいただきます。
  ※ご購入いただいた重量に応じて複数の段ボールでの発送となる可能性がございます。

5. 関税・輸入消費税について (Customs & Duties)

• ドイツ国外への発送の場合、輸入時に発生する関税、現地消費税、および通関手数料はすべて受取人（バイヤー）様のご負担となります。
• 各国の関税率や免税枠（例：アメリカの少額輸入免税など）については、現地の税関ホームページをご確認ください。インボイスには適切なHSコード（中古衣類：6309.00）を記載して発送いたします。
• 日本への輸入消費税と関税につきましてはご購入金額＋送料×11.6%～20％前後をご想定ください。

6. お支払い方法 (Payment Terms)

• Shopifyにてご利用可能な決済方法にてお支払いをお願いいたします。
• ご注文確定後にインボイスを発行いたしますので、入金確認後の発送となります。

Based in Berlin, Germany, we operate a B2B wholesale business offering carefully curated vintage and second-hand clothing sourced from across Europe.
The terms and conditions for shop and boutique owners are outlined below.

⚠️ Important Notice
- Import duties and local consumption taxes for ordered items are the responsibility of the customer.
- For imports to Japan, please expect approximately 11.6% to 20% of the (purchase amount + shipping fee).
- Please note that even if your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping costs paid by us will still be added to the calculation of customs duties and consumption taxes.
- Please note that we cannot answer specific inquiries regarding exact tax or duty amounts.
- Shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the ordered items.
- Shipping costs are partially borne by the customer based on the total weight purchased.

1. How to Start
- We will grant permissions to your registered account based on the information provided.
- We will notify you via email once permissions have been granted.
- After permission is granted, a "Wholesale Items" tab will appear in the website header. Please browse and purchase products from there.

2. Terms & Minimums
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): There is no minimum order amount. Purchases starting from 1 item are welcome, but purchasing multiple items will reduce the shipping cost per item.
- Eligible Customers: Limited to business owners operating a physical retail store or online store. We will verify your store URL and business information upon registration.

3. Condition & Grading
- All items handled in our store are vintage and second-hand items sourced in Europe.
- Items may show signs of wear typical of their era, minor stains due to aging, scuffs, or repair marks. Please make your purchase with an understanding of the characteristics of vintage items (as a general rule, returns and exchanges are not accepted).
- If you have any questions about an item, please feel free to contact us.
- If an item arrives in a condition extremely different from the photos, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you contact us at the email address below.

4. Shipping & Delivery
- All items are shipped from Berlin, Germany using carriers such as DHL.
- Wholesale shipping fees are paid together with your items at checkout, based on total weight and box size.
- Note: Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes depending on the total weight purchased.

5. Customs & Duties
- For shipments outside of Germany, any customs duties, local consumption taxes, and customs clearance fees incurred upon import are the responsibility of the recipient (buyer).
- Please check your local customs website regarding local tariff rates and tax-free allowances (e.g., US de minimis exemptions). Invoices will be shipped with the appropriate HS code (Used clothing: 6309.00).
- For import consumption tax and duties to Japan, please expect approximately 11.6% to 20% of the (purchase amount + shipping fee).
- Please note that even if your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping costs paid by us will still be added to the calculation of customs duties and consumption taxes.

6. Payment Terms
- Please complete your payment using the available payment methods on Shopify.
- An invoice will be issued after your order is confirmed, and shipment will take place after payment is verified.
